I. General provisions

1.1. This Regulation determines the procedure for holding "Agrofest I am worthy"

(further - the Festival).

1.2. Venue: Mohyliv village, Tsarichansky district, Dnipropetrovsk region.

1.3. The founders and organizers of the Festival are: "First berry", Mogilev Village Council, Dnipropetrovsk Separated Subdivision of the Institution "Center for Local Self-Government Development".

1.4. Terms and conditions:

- The festival is a non-profit project;

- The festival is not held on a competitive basis;

- The festival is held annually in order to preserve Ukrainian national traditions, development of rural areas by: promoting self-education of the population; exchange of experience and best practices in creating and launching own affairs in the agrarian sector; popularization of the cooperative movement, agrarian professions and self-employment of the population.

1.5. The main tasks of the festival are:

- popularization of Ukrainian folk traditions and customs;

- educational and educational activities on starting their own business in the field of growing fruit and berry, vegetable and grain crops; beekeeping, horticulture, viticulture, milk production, meat cattle breeding, etc .;

- development of cooperative movement and self-employment of the population;

- promotion of self-education of the population;

- popularization of the professions of the agrarian sector;

- exchange of best practices in the cultivation of agricultural products;

- formation and development of the business environment;

- advertising and exhibition activity;

- search for potential partners and investors;

- increase of tourist potential of rural territories;

- support of innovative ideas of creative youth;

- Promotion of samples of modern Ukrainian folk crafts and crafts;

- creation of conditions for self-actualization of the creators of the modern Ukrainian culinary

art

1.6. The festival has official symbols. The use of symbols for information purposes is permitted for the purpose of disseminating information about the Festival, its events and organizers. For any other purpose, the use of official symbols is possible only with the written permission of the organizers.

1.7. Information about the Festival is available on: The official website of the Mogilev Regional Council - www.mogylivska.gromada.org.ua; on the community page - https://www.facebook.com/mogylivgromada; on the official web-site of the SOK "First berry" - http://1yahidniy.com.ua/; in the periodical publication of the community - "Mogilev Visnyk", as well as in other mass media https://mohyliv.top/ not later than one month before the beginning of its conduct.

1.8. During the Festival processing of personal data of participants is carried out taking into account the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

1.9. By providing the organizers with their data in paper or electronic form, a private or legal person hereby agrees to the processing of personal data on the following terms:

- personal data will be processed in order to conduct the Festival, preparatory work for it, as well as in order to inform the participants about the news of the Festival and about the events that will take place within its framework;

- the organizer will process only the personal data provided by the person who provided them;

- consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by application sent to the email address: mogylivgromada@gmail.com.

1.10. The participants of the Festival are: farmers, representatives of institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership and other interested persons, representatives of folk crafts and crafts and business, cultural figures, authorized representatives of executive power and local self-government.


II Procedure of the Festival

2.1. The festival is held in the village. Mogilev annually.

2.2. The date and place of the Festival is determined by the organizing committee.

2.3. An application for participation in the Festival in accordance with the form in accordance with the annex is sent by participants to _______________20_____ marked "Agrofest I am worthy" only in electronic form on e-mail: mogylivgromada@gmail.com

2.4. The documents sent to the organizing committee are not returned.

2.5. Documents that have not been correctly drawn up or have arrived late in the Organizing Committee are not considered.

2.6. The age of the festival participants is not limited.

2.7. The selection of participants of the Festival forms the organizing committee.

2.8. Conducting of the Festival includes the opening ceremony and closing of the Festival, conducting educational and educational trainings, discussion panels, concerts, theatrical events, cinema shows, advertising and presentation exhibitions, fashion shows, gastronomic and culinary events, and other entertaining events.

2.9. Within the framework of the Festival, press conferences, round tables, workshops, creative workshops, presentations, creative meetings with art workers can be held.

2.10. The organization of the festival of festive food and non-food products is carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
